'The Bridestones'

I remember many years ago walking on the North Yorkshire Moors and encountering the Bridestones.

They made a lasting impression on me and I had them on my mental list of places to visit with my camera for quite some time. A snowy day in late autumn gave me the chance and I hiked over from the Hole of Horcum to visit them.

I managed to make this image between the snow showers.

Technical Details: Linhof Technikardan, 240mm lens cropped, colour negative film, no filtration.
