I made this image in the wolds one sunday morning just before Christmas. Great Dugdale is a beautiful valley and this particular morning it was quite spectacular. The grasses were gorgeous in the snow and we were treated to a wonderful dawn; initially this fabulous 'glow' to the snow pre dawn and then later a lovely pinking to the sky.

Whilst I have images of the 'pinky sky' it is this pre dawn image that I much prefer, focusing the image on the wonderful subtle early light.
