The woods above Ladore Falls in the Lakes are beautiful. I had walked around them for some time but I was struggling to make an image work for me when I caught sight of a wonderful striking yellow fern.
I composed the image trying to create a dynamic, circular feel to the movement, using the the trees to bring the eye back down into the picture.
