I made this image on an all too infrequent outing to the Wolds with Paul Moon. Paul and I spent many wonderful sunday mornings discovering and learning how to interpret the wolds during 2009-12. Latterly we have met less often mostly due to my pressure of work. This particular subject of the cow parsley was an old favourite subject and on this particular trip I finally felt I got closer to realising the potential of the subject matter - the hawthorne in the middle adding a dimension perhaps that was previously missing. An early digital image.
